1. General information

These terms apply to online purchases made by individuals over 18 years of age for personal use. The seller is Health Royals Sweden AB (“Health Royals”). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and confirm that all information provided is accurate. For EU residents, local consumer protection laws also apply.

2. Pricing, tax & subscriptions

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT:

  • 12% for food supplements
  • 25% for other items

Shipping is free within Sweden for orders over 800 SEK and for subscription orders. We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and update stock availability at any time.

2.1 Subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes to subscription terms will be communicated at least 60 days in advance.

3. Shipping & delivery

We ship orders within 2–3 business days using PostNord, DHL, or Budbee (within Sweden). Shipping outside of Sweden may involve customs or VAT charges which are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your package is visibly damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery and report the damage to the carrier. If damage is discovered after opening, notify the carrier and contact us. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and subject to a handling fee of 350 SEK.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — but this right applies only to sealed, unused products. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed food supplement packaging.

4.1 To return a product:

  • Notify us by email at hello@healthroyals.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Please use the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]"
  • Return the sealed, unused product in its original condition within the following 14 days

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping. Please return the product in its original packaging where possible, and include your full name and email inside the parcel. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product or proof of shipment is received. If only part of your order is returned, we will refund the value of the returned items only. Original shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.

5. Faulty or damaged items

All our supplements are manufactured and packaged to the highest standards. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears faulty in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@healthroyals.com.

Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution — including replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If external packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend photographing the parcel before opening and contacting the postal carrier if appropriate. You may also note the damage with the delivery service, if applicable.

Health Royals does not cover issues caused by misuse, storage conditions, or unauthorized alterations.

6. Health Royals 90-day satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our formulations and the results they are designed to deliver. Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee is available exclusively to first-time subscribers of each product who purchase directly from Health Royals via our official website and follow the recommended daily dosage as stated on the product label.

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You have completed a supply equivalent to 90 consecutive days of recommended daily use, based on the product’s dosing instructions.
  • You have received the corresponding number of subscription shipments (e.g., 3 monthly deliveries or 1 shipment covering 90 days).
  • Your claim is initiated within 14 days after completing the 90-day supply and no later than 120 days from your first delivery.
  • You return all empty packaging from the full 90-day period in one parcel.
  • Any applied discounts, promotional gifts, or loyalty credits will be deducted from the refund value.
  • A 495 SEK administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Additional terms:

  • The guarantee is personal and may only be exercised by the original purchaser who placed the order directly with Health Royals.
  • Limit: one claim per household, per product, per lifetime.
  • Health Royals reserves the right to decline claims showing incomplete returns, tampering, or evidence of inconsistent use.
  • Refunds apply only to the product value after applicable deductions, including promotional discounts, gifts, loyalty credits, administrative fees, and any bank or payment provider charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All guarantee claims are subject to verification, and Health Royals’ decision regarding eligibility and refund approval is final.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

To request a refund:

Email hello@healthroyals.com with the subject line: Satisfaction Guarantee – Order #[YourOrderNumber] and include your full name, order details, and proof of return shipment. Once your request is received, we will send you a short online questionnaire to confirm eligibility and better understand your experience. This step is part of our commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer care.

7. Payment options

We offer secure and flexible payment methods for both one-time purchases and subscription plans, all processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant platform that ensures encryption and data protection.

7.1 One-time purchases

You can pay using:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Klarna (Pay Later options, where available)
  • Bancontact, iDEAL, and other local payment methods (where supported)

7.2 subscriptions

Subscription orders are managed through Appstle and securely processed via Shopify Payments. To ensure smooth recurring billing, please use one of the following supported methods for subscription purchases:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay or Google Pay (initial purchase only; recurring charges processed via card on file)

Note: Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact, and other bank transfer options are not compatible with subscriptions.

You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime via your customer account portal. All transactions are securely encrypted, and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

8. Privacy & GDPR

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your personal information is used only to process orders and improve your shopping experience.

You have the right to request, correct or delete your data. If required by law or necessary to fulfill our agreement, certain information may be retained.

9. Disputes

We aim to resolve any issues directly through our customer service.
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

10. Images & intellectual property

Product images on the website are for reference only. Actual packaging may vary.
All website content, including images, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without written permission.

12. Mobile Terms (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and explicitly opt in on our website, you consent to receive recurring SMS from Health Royals about products, offers, and updates (including optional cart reminders). Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Message frequency: varies. Message & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt-out & help: Reply STOP (or STOPP) to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance or email hello@healthroyals.com. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and then no further marketing SMS from us (unless you opt in again).

Cart reminders & cookies: Health Royals’ website uses cookies to keep track of items in your cart, including when a cart has been abandoned. This information may be used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Data use & sharing: We process your phone number to deliver SMS you’ve requested and to manage your preferences. We do not sell personal data.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Delivery & number changes: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change mobile number, please opt in again with your new number.

Changes: We may update these Mobile Terms as needed and will post updates here with a new “Effective from” date.
