Please be advised that when ordering goods for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with the import of goods into your country. As the importer of record, you must bear any additional costs that may arise during the shipping and customs clearance process. We are not liable for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs issues or regulations in the destination country.
Our prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Food items are subject to a 12% VAT rate, while other goods have a 25% VAT rate. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be determined by your selected shipping method during the ordering process. For orders exceeding 350 Kronor, delivery within Sweden is free of charge. We reserve the right to rectify any pricing errors, conduct clearance sales, address inventory discrepancies, resolve technical issues, and modify technical specifications. In case of inaccuracies, we retain the right to make necessary corrections.
Additionally, we offer the convenience of subscribing to our products. By subscribing, you authorize Health Royals to charge your account with the chosen subscription amount at the specified interval (e.g., monthly). Please be aware that Health Royals maintains the right to amend subscription terms, but rest assured, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance of any changes taking effect.
Our standard delivery time typically ranges from approximately 2-3 days. We use trusted services such as DHL, Postnord, or Budbee Box for shipping orders. Please be aware that we do not bear any financial responsibility for potential delays caused by the transportation company.
In case you notice any damage to the package, please report it immediately to your local post office or the responsible carrier and file a damage report. Do not accept a damaged package! If you discover the damage only after opening the package, and it is evidently due to mishandling by the postal service or the transportation company, please contact them and file a damage report. If you encounter difficulties in resolving any dispute with the postal service or the transportation company, feel free to reach out to us. If you place an order but fail to collect your shipment before it is returned to us (approximately 1 month for packages, 14 days for letters), we will invoice you 350 SEK for handling the goods.
We do not charge any shipping fees for standard deliveries to addresses within Sweden. If you choose an alternative shipping method, the cost will be automatically added in the online store based on your selected shipping option, and you will see the shipping fee displayed during checkout.
Regarding deliveries outside the EU, please take note: Every recipient of a shipment from our online store is responsible for paying their country's specific customs duties and taxes. Customs duties and taxes are invoiced separately by the authorities within the destination country and must be paid in advance by the customer before the final delivery can take place.
We adhere to the Distance Contracts Act, following the guidelines of the Consumer Agency. As a customer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59). This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase of specific goods within 14 days of delivery. The withdrawal period spans 14 days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal allows you to inspect the goods and return them if you change your mind. It's worth noting that this right also applies to food products, provided the packaging/seal remains unopened. If you've opened a package for a food product, such as dietary supplements, cancellation isn't possible.
Should you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify Health Royals promptly and return all products included in your order to Health Royals without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days. Please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once you've informed us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, Health Royals will promptly process the refund, within 14 days, upon receiving the returned products, or upon you providing proof of the return. If you return fewer products than were included in the order, we'll refund only the value of the products you've returned. The refund will be issued using the same payment method employed during your purchase, provided it's technically feasible. Deductions for diminished value and shipping (if you selected a shipping option other than standard) may apply and will be subtracted from the refund.
Every product you purchase is covered by a one-year warranty. If we can verify manufacturing defects in the product, we'll replace it. Please note that the warranty doesn't cover wear and tear. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To facilitate a refund, please include your postal giro, bank giro, personal account, or bank account number.
When returning a product, you assume the risk for the item. Therefore, it's crucial to return the item in its original undamaged packaging, along with all accessories and manuals. We recommend using the original box in which your order arrived as the outer packaging for the return. Ensure secure packaging, and dispatch your package with a tracking method (not recommended mail). For the current return address, please contact Health Royals via info@healthroyals.com.
Clearly mark the return with "Health Royals" and include your name and email in the shipment. Refunds for received and approved returns will be processed within 30 days.
